These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application Chartlyzer (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), available on iOS and Android. Chartlyzer provides AI-powered automated analysis of trading charts based on images uploaded or photographed by the user (hereinafter "Analysis").
The App supports analysis across all major financial markets — including Cryptocurrency, Forex, Stocks, Futures and Options — for any chart source or trading platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes. Use of the App is subject to the applicable App Store guidelines (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Important Notice — The analyses and information provided by Chartlyzer do not constitute financial, investment or trading recommendations. Results are generated by AI algorithms (large language model with visual chart pattern recognition) and are for informational and educational purposes only. Any financial decisions require independent research and, where appropriate, consultation with a licensed financial professional. This notice is also shown within the App on every analysis result.

Use of the App is at your own risk. The content provided is offered without warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or correctness. We accept no liability for financial losses or damages of any kind arising from use of, or reliance on, the App's analyses or chat responses.
The App is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden or impair the service.

Use of the App is permitted from the age of 13. Users under the age of 18 may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements applicable in your country of residence.

Chart analyses and AI chat responses are generated using a large language model (AI) combined with visual chart pattern recognition technology. The AI processes the image you provide and returns a structured analysis — it does not have access to live market data, order books, or real-time price feeds.
AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic. Results may vary between identical inputs. A confidence score is included with each analysis to indicate the model's certainty level. You must not treat any AI output as definitive or guaranteed.

All content, trademarks, logos and software components within the App are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Use of this content is permitted solely within the scope of the App.

Fair Use Policy — To ensure service quality for all users, chart analyses are limited to a maximum of 150 analyses per month. Additionally, hourly processing limits apply to both analysis and chat features. If these limits are exceeded, access to further analyses or messages may be temporarily restricted until the limit resets.
Free (non-subscribed) users are subject to a daily message limit on the AI chat feature. Upgrading to a Chartlyzer Pro subscription removes this restriction.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the App in the event of a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: abusive use of the service, attempts to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineering, or fraudulent activity.

Use of the App involves third-party services whose own terms and policies apply:
Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement but may act as third-party beneficiaries under their respective platform policies. These third-party terms are the responsibility of the user to observe.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the App or by notice. Continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
